Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set out the basis on which MDproperty Care provides exterior cleaning and garden maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Quotations & Fixed Pricing
Every project is assessed and quoted on an individual basis. Any guide pricing, estimates, or ranges displayed on the website serve solely as indicative references and do not represent formal binding quotations.
Prior to the commencement of any service, clients receive a fixed quotation in writing (via email, messaging, or official correspondence). The quoted figure represents the agreed total sum payable, with no hidden fees, hourly surcharges, or unexpected additional costs.
2. Deposits & Payment Terms
MDproperty Care does not require advance deposits for standard residential pressure washing or garden maintenance bookings.
Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work following client inspection. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (BACS) and cash. Commercial contracts are subject to agreed invoicing terms (14-day or 30-day payment schedules).
3. Quality Standards & Workmanship Guarantee
MDproperty Care is committed to delivering work of the highest professional standard. In the unlikely event that a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the completed service, MDproperty Care must be notified promptly. A return site visit will be scheduled to inspect and resolve any workmanship issues without additional charge.
4. Public Liability Insurance
MDproperty Care maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance coverage for all residential and commercial operations, including rotary pressure washing, chemical biocide treatments, soft washing, hedge trimming, and lawn maintenance.
5. Weather Contingency & Rescheduling
Exterior cleaning and garden care services are subject to environmental conditions. Adverse weather such as severe rainfall, freezing temperatures, or high wind speeds may require the postponement of scheduled services to maintain safety standards and quality of finish.
Should weather conditions necessitate rescheduling, clients will be contacted promptly to arrange the earliest available alternative date.
6. Client Responsibilities & Site Access
To facilitate safe, efficient service delivery, clients are required to ensure:
- Water Supply: Provision of an accessible, functioning external water tap with standard mains pressure for all pressure washing operations.
- Clear Access: Unobstructed access to all relevant work areas, with vehicles, outdoor furniture, plant pots, and delicate items relocated away from work zones prior to arrival.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Advance disclosure of delicate surfaces, loose mortar, cracked paving, defective drainage, or special site precautions.
7. Cancellations & Booking Amendments
Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking are requested to provide a minimum of 24–48 hours notice where possible, allowing the allocated schedule slot to be offered to other clients.
